So here are the file sizes translated for the screen and for a printer (based on the size of the finished product).

The largest file of the WTC Flag is 5.5mb or 4800x3505. This translates to 66.6"x 46.7"@72dpi. At 200dpi the image size decreases to 24"x17.5". At 300dpi the picture size decreases to 16"x11.7".

Hope this graph makes it easy to see the relationships... Printers like to see 200dpi at the minimum. 300dpi or higher to approach photo quality.
